We just moved to Cambridge from London, had my 1st swimming lesson for my 5 years old daughter in Leys swimming club, security guard is rude, swimming instructor is rude, I would not sign up again . The administrator who called up to register for my daughter was rude too - said "you want to sign up or not ???" I was asking which days of holiday break that they will have, he said no idea but you want to sign up or not ? His answer was "once you paid you will know ?!" You cannot drop off, yo...

It wasn't mentioned anywhere that rackets aren't provided due to exaggerated covid measures. After paying an arm and a leg to hire courts for an hour and a half I just got my time and money completely wasted. Won't be coming to this badly run establishment ever again.

I've played squash here numerous times and it's generally been a great experience. There were a couple of times when there were leaks in the roof and that caused problems, but generally the courts are great to play on and the glass backs are good for viewing. It would be better if they had a gallery viewing style instead of just at the back of the glass, but that seems to be the modern design of squash facilities, so can't really complain too much!

I liked the completeness of the facilities there.

We took our son for an intensive 1-week swimming course, as he is very behind compared to his school mates. He had half an hour each day with a woman called Lucy, who was utterly amazing and moved him on from being afraid of the water to being able to swim up and down the whole length (with a float) - she provided really superb tuition and understanding. Heartily recommended, I'm absolutely delighted with what she's achieved with him.
