I was training with Lewis for over a year to get me into more consistency when it comes to doing fitness and training in general. Definitely recommend him as it did get me into better habits of doing more exercises. If you are looking for a friendly PT service that can come to you definitely try Lewis! You would not be disappointed!

Lewis is a down to earth trainer that met me at my level and gave me the confidence to push myself with weight training. He understands that training is a journey and gave me the tools to build up my strength confidently and at a pace that I was comfortable with. Would recommend to anyone looking to try something new or step back into a training routine!

I can't recommend Lewis enough. I approached him over a year ago as i had a goal of racing in the British National downhill cycling series which unfortunately didn't go ahead because of Covid in 2020 but that didn't stop Lewis from keeping me motivated, strong and healthy! Being a newcomer to weight and strength training to prevent injuries when riding and racing, Lewis set up an easy to follow programme with easy progression which showed results very quickly.
