I love Mark's boot camp, especially the early morning sessions. It's such a positive start to the day and allows me to regain my evenings. It pushes me far more than I ever pushed myself in the hours spent at the gym, plus it's great to do something outdoors given that I spend the rest of the day in an office! Going to boot camp once or twice a week along with eating better helped me lose a whole stone, healthily, over a year.
