From the minute I met Nass when she was teaching a gym class last year, I knew that she had to become my PT! I have been training with Nassim since the beginning of January and I really look forward to our 1:1 sessions. I have never enjoyed the gym or gone much until now and have seen a big difference in my fitness and self-confidence. I could not recommend her enough! Thank you Lewis Fitness PT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best you can get! Odell and Nas are both amazing at what they do, they are the loveliest people and make training and working out super enjoyable and ‘fun’ as can be🤣. Odell is very knowledgeable and pushes me every every session, I’ve tried numerous personal trainers and feel it’s always the same kind of thing which gets boring and makes me less motivated however with Odell I’m learning new things every week, enjoying every session and seeing the results!

I would definitely recommend Lewis Fitness PT Odell is fantastic - I did a lot of research when picking someone as I had specific injuries and health concerns I needed support with… and I was also quite nervous of gyms! He has been amazing; properly listening to what results I want and tailoring our sessions to meet my goals and address limitations (without letting me off easy!) Now I’m confident enough to work out on my own on top of the sessions I have with Odell

Odell is a fantastic person trainer, very Knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of training. I love using the app and find it a great way to keep me motived, with Odell constantly able to check my progress and keep me setting and achieving new goals. (Even when I don't feel like it) His bootcamp class is well worth dragging yourself out of bed on a Sunday morning for, and his good vibe and sense of humour make the gruelling workouts enjoyable!
