Taking the first step to join a gym I’ve always found intimidating especially if you’re feeling unfit, lacking in motivation and self belief! I first went to Lewis after we came out of lockdown wanting to improve my strength and also focus on injury prevention. I started training with Lewis because I was keen to start going to the gym and doing more strength workouts, but I had no idea how to begin.
