Lewis has been brilliant with me since I started. He’s got me back in the gym and keeps pushing me to do my best and his approach to accountability has been an amazing method towards my overall development. Anyone looking to get back/into a healthy active lifestyle I would highly recommend him.

I have had 5 PT sessions with Lewis and I can’t recommend him enough! I have never had PT sessions before as I already have a decent base knowledge of the gym already. However, Lewis’ expertise have managed to improve my workouts massively. The level of detail and personalisation that are given into the sessions is second to none and I feel that Lewis would be a fantastic PT to any level of gym user. I have been working with Lewis for nearly a year now and I cannot fault the work he has done. I am an experience gym goer but found that trying to keep the sessions interesting by myself wasn't working and I was losing motivation. I’v been training with Lewis since September 2021 and have not looked back since. This was my first experience at the Gym, I feel transformed, all my goals during my consultation have been met, I have put on weight, lost all my aches & pains building muscle. Lewis is professional, consistent and knows his stuff, in the time I was with him I lost over a stone and gained muscle - I also enjoyed the sessions which is more important, he catered and listened to what I wanted to do and worked with me to achieve that goal, he made sure that I didn’t give up and pushed me when I wouldn’t push myself.
