Been coming to this place for the past 4 months Best shisha place in blackburn. Been to many up and down the country but there is nothing like levels lounge blackburn . The staff the service atmosphere cannot be beaten. Always feel like home when we come to this place. The snacks are unreal American sweets and iced cold drinks only at levels. All in all definitely recommended. Get yourselves down and check it out.

The shisha’s here are one of the best I’ve had. This place is on point with a nice atmosphere. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. Big and best variety of snacks and drinks. Drinks are ice cold too perfect with a shisha
