Just purchased a " Karate for Mental Health " hoody , Not only a great looking piece but the best fitting hoody I have purchased. Can not recommend this product enough and will definitely be buying again.

I have attended several seminars run by Les. He is a skilled martial artist with a wealth of knowledge and a very nice chap too.

It was great fun being at the Fairlands Community Centre, as well as meeting and training with new people. Tommy was such a nice man, and was very helpful with me and the others. I even began to hold a gun prop, and it made me feel like I was a movie star in an action film! With clothes Tommy was wearing, he looked like a film director. I'd love to meet him again if there was another seminar, that's similar to the one I attended yesterday afternoon!

only trained with Les via zoom during lock-down for a several online seminars but if he is that good online then i imagine in person he is even better. A very knowledgeable teacher with a great teaching style as even online was able to get across complex topics in a clear and fun way the only bad things is he is based way down south to me so haven't been able to train with him in person as yet.
