  • I have started training with Leon and Kryssa a few weeks ago and I can only recommend it. The equipment in the gym is new and of the highest quality. The workouts they put together are perfectly tailored to my needs and really focus on the areas I want to target. They are always different and they never get boring. A highly professional team which listens, communicates clearly and wants the best for you. Don't hesitate to book your first session, I can guarantee you you will not regret it.

Leon is easy-going and friendly, although definitely not making it too easy for me (but not too hard either)!
