Where do I start! Vicky, Glen and the entire gang at Leighton Buzzard CrossFit are incredibly encouraging, supportive and knowledgable. No matter what fitness / skill level you are, Vicky and Glen help scale the exercise to you so that you feel capable and strong of each workout. Brilliant place for getting strong and fit, great technical coaching for unfamiliar lifts/workouts. Always been a regular gym member and was apprehensive about moving to crossfit after watching it for so long, but I'm glad I did and wish I did it sooner. I'm no longer struggling, trying to 'gain muscle mass' or 'get ripped', I'm having fun working out and achieving those things naturally, fitter, stronger and moving better too due to the mobility practice and focus on form. I've been training at Leighton Buzzard CrossFit for six months now, and my strength and stamina have noticeably improved. I've especially noticed that my core has become stronger and tighter. The instructors, Glen and Vicky, are knowledgeable and welcoming, and take the time to help and encourage newbies like me. The classes are ego free and attendees encourage each other, whatever their ability. I wish I had started CrossFit earlier!

I really enjoy training at Leighton Buzzard CrossFit! Glen and the team are really friendly and always on hand to offer advice and provide great coaching. I find that the programming is done in a way that means I do not pick up injuries (that I have done in other boxes) and I have seen a lot of improvement in my fitness levels in the time I have been attending.
