  • This is one of the best clubs in London, the coach Matt is an all around nice guy to be around he speaks very clearly and slowly, so a beginner can understand what his saying and will always make sure to look after you. Going to give this 4 stars because the prices are high, but this is definitely a good club to start your journey on.

  • Everyone is so nice and welcoming, they explain everything for the newbies, Enzo (the owner) helped me put on my wraps, explained everything, and had a beginner session with the trainer to show us the basics, before we went into it. One of the pro boxers (Marie), even let me borrow her gloves to use. Definitely recommend! Note: remember to bring cash as they don't have a card machine. Also it's right opposite the station so a great location.

  • Left Hook is a great gym to get fit and learn boxing and have a great time doing it. I've been training here regularly for 3 years. All are welcome - beginners and competitive boxers, girls and boys, young and old. The groups are really friendly. I find working out in pairs a real benefit as you're engaged all the time. The trainers are dedicated boxers and have their own styles, so you can mix it up or choose a class that you prefer - Matt, Raph, Edwin, Marie (not around so often as she...

  • I've been training here regularly for over a year. It’s an excellent and genuine no-frills boxing gym. They have a top-notch amateur boxing team with plenty of trophies won. The atmosphere is relaxed and the coaches have lots of experience. The recreational boxing classes are designed to welcome everybody, from those who are mainly interested in getting fit, to those with more experience who do full contact head sparring regularly. Safety is paramount, and sparring sessions are always sup...
