Absolutely amazing place to build a good foundation and learn martial arts skills along with building up on your strength and self-discipline! The whole team is very passionate and Master Mitchell has been absolutely brilliant. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will miss these classes!

AEGIS instructors are dedicated to the improvement of all their students, and the academy is a welcoming, family friendly environment. I began as a student in the AEGIS system almost a decade a go and it has not only changed my life for the better, but I see children and adults alike benefitting from the AEGIS ethos every day.
