They dont deserve any credit. Wasted two years of my life at this place. Staff are trouble causers and only help the people who refuse to work, if your hardworking and hungry for work they'll fob you off with a course that is of no relevence to your skills. Avoid like the plague. If referred to this office I urge you to tell your dwp advisor to send you else where.

Staff very good, effective and friendly but the place is very strict, placements are mandatory

It's a shame that private business is creaming off the DSS budget to run Mickey Mouse services like this. Is it the long term unemployed who are parasites or Best's directors?
