Carl is a lovely, down to earth guy who's full of knowledge. I did my course in September 2021 and was a little apprehensive. Initially, it seems too good to be true that you can learn enough in 3 days to go off and do your own projects but rest assured you'll learn tons! Having only attempted some small areas of patching up I was hesitant about booking a proper plastering course. I shouldn't have worried. Carl is a great guy and puts you at ease from the very start. He gave a good input at the begining and outlined what we would cover during the 3 days. After this it was pretty much straight on the trowel.
