I have attended 2 courses Acrylic and watercolour with Dermot in his well equipped studio in Moy. I have also followed his online watercolour courses from the beginning. These were a great weekly highlight during the various lockdown periods. Dermot is an excellent teacher, always willing to share his knowledge of technique and colour mixing. The classes are very informative and presented in an interesting and entertaining manner. I highly recommend Dermot's classes.

Dermot inspires you to do better he runs courses online and painting holidays both in Ireland at his studio and in Europe I have attended several and always enjoy them there is always new techniques to learn and nothing is toomuch trouble. Dermot is a first class tutor and and his choice of subjects is excellent. He explains the whole process from sketch to finished painting. I have attended several of his one day workshops. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He also runs three day workshops and holiday courses. I can recommend his online tutorials. They are competitively priced and, unlike some online courses, once purchased they are yours to keep and refer back to forever.
