To be totally honest, these are a pair of cowboys but that’s just the country music they play while we work out. Fantastic bootcamp, for someone who fundamentally hated any kind of weightlifting and was always scared of the gym Allen and Chris are down to earth, talented trainers who focus on technique rather than just a meat headed big weights approach. Couldn’t rate them any more and I’ve recommended to multiple friends. They’ve also taught me the perfect facial expressions for lifting.

Allen and Learn to Lift training have been outstanding for me in developing my lifting techniques to unlock strength I never thought I had. Allen has created such a positive environment with his coaching either via the boot camp classes or through personal 1-2-1 training tailored to your needs and wants I can’t recommend Allen, Chris and Learn to Lift highly enough!

The expertise in lifting and ethos created by Learn to Lift is excellent. Both Allen and Chris are knowledgeable in a wide variety of training techniques and strength sports, and both take the time to really get to know you and your fitness goals before applying their knowledge. The classes that run are always challenging, well ran and a great lifting environment. Ive had many PBs off the back of the encouragement of other members and look forward to the next class! Would highly recommend 👌

Learn to lift training has been the best experience for me! I joined after serious illness, at a point where I was physically very weak. A year of training with Allen and Chris and I was lifting 10x what I was prior. I have grown in confidence and in strength. Their focus on technique means that I have never injured myself and have managed to consistently progress in my lifts. I can’t thank them enough for providing such great coaching.

Bootcamp is a great class if you want to start to learn how to enjoy the gym and training - it is suitable for all beginners and those who want to try something different, improve their strength both physically and mentally. Chris and Allen are great trainers who consistently encourage you to do better. They tailor the workouts to your needs to ensure you improve every week.
