Learn The Lingo

Learn the Lingo's tutoring had a huge impact on my Year 11's GCSE outcomes. There is no question that in Year 10 my son's prospects in French were not good! After working with Nigel and then Sarah, he achieved a good pass at GCSE. There is no doubt in my mind that this achievement was to a great extent down to Learn the Lingo's work with him. I would unreservedly recommend them.

I have been doing Italian conversation classes for the last couple of years with Marco and and more recently Rossella. I have really enjoyed the lessons and both tutors have been hugely competent and engaging. Sarah runs a very professional organisation and appears to have a knack for finding great people with a genuine interest in teaching.

I worked with Sarah and Learn the Lingo for several years and parted ways only due to my work relocation. Sarah is as supportive of the tutors working for her as she is of those looking for tuition. I was matched with a wonderful range of students over the years who were bright, engaged, and dedicated to learning, whether for exams or just to revive their language skills. A thoroughly professional company which I still miss!

Working as a tutor has been a great experience, as I met lovely people/ families and we had fun sharing stories in a foreign language in a relaxed environment. The classes suit any client's needs and any situations (e.g. studies, holidays, business). Sarah who manages Learn The Lingo is also lovely to work with and always very helpful. A great business that I highly recommend both for tutors and language students!

My son is studying for IGCSE Spanish and was in need of a confidence boost and some specific help with both oral and written elements of the examination. Sarah took the time to find out what he needed and also the personality of my son. She then matched us up with an excellent Tutor, Katie. Katie is a relaxed and warm Tutor. She went through things in a calm manner. My son warmed to her immediately. She was brilliant. I am delighted I found Learn the Lingo and would highly recommend them.
