Jonas has been amazing at helping me initially recover from a back injury but also rediscover enormous enjoyment in gym-work. In a short period of time I noticed great results and found myself hitting targets I didn't think I could. His style is supportive and works at your pace to give you gym confidence and tangible results regardless of your objectives.

Since I started training with Jonas I feel better informed about how my body works and responds to diet and excercise. My strength and stamina have improved and even though I am a grandmother of four and retired from work I feel stronger now than I did 10 years ago. Jonas is patient and sensitive to individuals needs and understands what each client needs to progress and succeed. After each session I feel a tremendous sense of satisfaction and pride in myself. Jonas became my personal trainer 4 years ago and with his commitment to me and great inspiration over that time, as well as with a progressive training schedule, my physique, posture and body strength have greatly improved. He watches your current capability towards improving YOU !

Jonas has done two things for me. Firstly, he has given me the structure and encouragement to work hard at my fitness and it is working. Secondly, I suffer from COPD, and Jonas has helped me with tailored exercise to radically improve my lung efficiency. I can now concentrate on my fitness, do more and enjoy it more, as I am no longer held back by poor breathing. The whole 'Jonas Experience' has been liberating. I am 67, so it just goes to show, with the right support, it is never too late. ...

Jonas is amazing. He has helped me change my life around. When I started training with him I felt tired all the time--now I feel ready for any new challenge. Jonas's training is great for the mind as well as the body. He is patient, but persistent: somehow he manages to push you to give it your best shot, even when you think you can't. Every week, I look forward to my training with Jonas, a real inspiration.
