Callan is by far one of the most knowledgable people I've worked with during my time as a strength athlete. Not only does he have he ability to understand nutrition and how to create conditions for weight loss / muscle gain. But he can also back that up with a wealth of knowledge and explain it down to a cellular level. Highly recommend Callan to anyone at any stage of their lifting career, from absolute beginner to competitive athlete.

I first reached out to Callan last year as an online client and saw great results with the right guidance & structure from him. Anytime I had questions regarding diet or workout techniques I always got a quick response and was never left feeling confused or unsure on anything. He listens to you and takes into account what's your wanting to achieve without having to sacrifice what you like either. Callans very knowledgeable and can't recommend him highly enough!

Callan is a hugely caring coach who does his best to help is clients and keep their health at the forefront. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Callan while prepping for a bodybuilding competition and would recommend him to anyone whether they’re wishing to loose weight, get stronger, perform better or compete.

Callan is the most competent personal trainer I have ever met. His knowledge is extensive but even more so he can explain things in a million different ways to help you grasp some of the concepts of what certain exercises are achieving. The same goes for food. But the biggest positive is just how friendly he is. He never makes you feel like you cannot achieve success. It’s clearly evident he cares deeply about his work and he’s constantly informing me about new developments in sports science....

Callan has been a great help to me since I started getting my nutrition plans from him. He makes sure you are getting the most out of your plan and is always on hand for help and advice if you’re unsure or need changes made.
