  • James has been my PT for 18 months now and although it sounds a bit dramatic, it’s been life changing for me. I have tried and failed many times to get fit, joining various gyms and trying every diet going and this is the only thing that’s worked - something I enjoy and something that feels sustainable. I have 2 sessions a week and never know what to expect other than to be pushed to my limit whilst being encouraged by James every step of the way. It’s never boring and the classes/bootcamps ...

  • I can’t recommend this gym highly enough. James is a wonderful trainer who really cares about your progress. He pushes you to do things you didn’t think were possible. He has helped me greatly over the last few months to achieve things I could never have done a year ago. I have recently also started attending some of his classes which are equally as good with all of the other clients being really kind and supportive.

  • James’ classes are full of energy and are different every time. He is a great motivator, keeps you on your toes and is very supportive. I would highly recommend anyone trying his classes. Once you start though it’s highly addictive!

  • Fantastic trainer! If you need pushing to achieve your fitness goals, then see James. It won't be easy, but it will get results. Whether 1-2-1 or group sessions, you're guaranteed a tough but fun workout. Highly recommended
