I'm Laura Duester MNCS (Prof Accred). I'm a qualified and accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, providing one-to-one sessions online and in Bicester, Oxfordshire (OX26). I provide a welcoming and non-judgemental space where you can share your thoughts, feelings, problems and worries in total confidence. Together, we'll explore how to help you feel better, increase your self-understanding, and make positive changes. I've experienced the huge benefits of counselling many, many times - both as a patient and psychotherapist. I'm extremely passionate about mental health and love giving people the space, time and support they need to find self-acceptance, overcome challenges and live a satisfying life. ​ As well as running a private counselling practice, I've worked for a range of organisations including universities, schools, charities, helplines and dance organisations.
