Lauren is a fantastic, friendly yoga teacher who puts everyone at ease. She provides clear direction and is generous in sharing her knowledge of yoga practice and philosophy. I always feel like I've learnt something or gained some insight, as well as having a great stretch! The classes really help me feel grounded and I love the meditation and breathwork aspects.
