I have been doing yoga with Laura for about 3 yrs now. I can't recommend her classes highly enough. The pace of the class, the flow of her voice and the ambiance of the venue all contribute to the overall experience. Not only that, my core strength and outline have firmed up enormously.

Laura's yoga class is a moment of calm during the week. I have been going to her men's class for a couple of years now and I love it. She is a brilliant teacher and you can go at whatever pace you like. Whether you want strength work, stretching, balance or just to chill, it is all there! And it is a super friendly atmosphere. Big thumbs up.

Fabulous yoga lessons in an amazing setting. Laura’s mindful yoga flow class works on flexibility but also core strength. Suitable for all levels as Laura tailors the postures to your ability making it as relaxing or challenging as you want it to be. A friendly and welcoming class.

I have been going to Lauras yoga classes for 18 months on Tues evenings and now on Friday mornings. I really enjoy the classes, Laura is a fantastic teacher, taking the class through yoga poses with flow and meditation,leaving you with a feeling of re energisation and calm. Since starting yoga I have felt stronger and more relaxed I can highly Laura as an excellent yoga teacher.

The best yoga class I have ever done. Laura is an excellent teacher who manages to combine a complete relaxation with some challenging moves. I always leave feeling centred and calm. Amazing venue too, ambience is perfect.
