Latitude fitness is a great place to work out. The three coaches, Paul W, Alex and Paul Q are fantastic trainers and appreciate that everyone's needs are different. All of the other members of the group's I train in are friendly which makes the sessions fun.

Love going to Latitude fitmess. Makes exercising fun in a small friendly group. Exercises can be modified to suit. Miss it when I can't go.

I joined earlier on this year after hearing good things from family members who go. I've lost weight, feel fitter and just really enjoy it being part of my weekly routine. The guys at Latitude are so friendly , they instantly put you at ease. It's a really positive environment - non judgemental and inclusive.

Inclusive to anyone regardless of ability, age, fitness etc. Tried many “gyms” over the years, but this is a keeper.
