I've loved working with Cheryl this last few months. I can see and feel a difference, feeling healthier and fitter is amazing! Cheryl offers the whole package, fantastic work outs and support outside of the gym too.

Cheryl was my first experience of having personal training and she has set the bar so high. She really helped me understand the benefits of lifting weights, as well as teaching me how to lift weights safely and properly. She has been great at helping motivate and build my confidence in the gym, and has so much knowledge in all aspects of nutrition, no matter what your goal.

I was reluctant to step foot in a gym as I had no real knowledge of what I was supposed to be doing! Cheryl is everything you could want in a PT. She's honest and cares about her clients. Cheryl's knowledge of nutrition and training shines through. She works with you to establish goals and then gives you the skills and knowledge that you need in order to achieve those goals. Cheryl's attention to detail is amazing! I have previously lost weight on a slimming plan but had reached a stand still. I was a complete newbie to the gym and had no idea about the nutrition my body actually craved so needed educating in all areas.
