I can't recommend Lorraine highly enough as a personal trainer. Lorraine clearly knows her stuff - practices what she preaches - is extremely motivating and encouraging - doesn't let me get away with anything and has really understood what I'm trying to achieve with my sessions. Having never used a personal trainer before I was really nervous. Lorraine immediately put me at ease, talked me through everything and answered any concerns I had. I absolutely love my sessions and her ability and knowledge to change a routine to accommodate injuries and conditions is amazing. I trained with Lorraine to build up some stamina and get in shape prior to some personal life changes. Lorraine always arrived bright and chatty full of beans ready to start our session which not only made me comfortable but helped me believe in myself. Lorraine really took the time to listen to exactly what I needed from our sessions, she then meticulously planned each hour that we trained. Every time was different, which I asked for, and each exercise was perfectly suited to what I wanted to achieve.
