Cynthia has been looking after my dog for over a year at least twice a week. Before my dog started with Cynthia, she had been bitten and was nervous/snappy around other dogs which also made me nervous. I explained this to Cynthia and she was so kind, patient and knowledgeable with my dog and myself. Been leaving our one year old labradoodle in Cynthia’s care for the last 6 or so months (occasional daycare and boarding) and she loves it! Cynthia is very friendly, flexible (helped us out last minute more than once) and good at putting us at ease that we are leaving her in the best care….plus keeps in touch with fun video updates :-)) Highly recommend.

Had a bad experience with my dog last year, and she publicly said I had "issues"/ called me a liar when I complained which should tell you everything you need to know. Recently discovered L&L has not got a good rep locally...other dog owners say they visited and didn't want to leave their dog/have had nasty words from her when they've not engaged her services.

Our puppy loves coming here. It's a great environment for him to socialise with other dogs and just have fun. Cynthia is great and has been very helpful, sometimes at short notice. She loves her job and treats the dogs in her care like part of the family. Highly recommended.
