I took an IELT test with this company and I regret it. If you fail the test, good luck trying to understand why since for "privacy" reasons they don't reveal exactly how your actual performance was on the test. The results are in vague scores for each item, but why don't they show the answer sheet and a copy of my answers? For me this is fraud, who guarantees that the points represent my real performance, I didn't pass 2 points of which I don't even know which exercise I failed.

What a horrible organisation! DO NOT take your exam here, find an alternative. I booked an exam on Friday 03 Feb and had to take it on Sunday 05 Feb. I can't put zero stars. Beware! Booked for an employee to sit the test in Cambridge. We never received (neither did he) any confirmation or anything. Called to find out more - they were rude and told us they had moved the test to Birmingham or Peterborough - the test was only a week away and they had still not contacted anyone to let us know. Be very carful who you book with. We booked through an accredited partner, College of Skills and Learning, who never booked the test and are dragging their heels over the refund. Language Cert have said the company is an accredited partner, but not offered any assistance. This company is best avoided, unless you are happy to lose your money.

Total scam don't waste your money . Unfortunately I did take the exam , the results were 89/100 . Nobody could show me were the mistakes were . When I first contact customer service I was told that they need 60€ just to check the exam , but once I responded that I am willing to pay the amount the claimed it's not possible anymore.
