Langdon Hills Golf Country Club & Hotel

Would be 5 stars if they maintained the Horndon 9 holes to the same standard as the Langdon and Bulphan. Horndon isn't bad, but not on the same level as the other 2.

We went on a Saturday morning for breakfast, the day before Christmas Eve. We chose this place as people liked the breakfast menu more than some other places. The service was fairly slow, the food was average quality, but the coffee was very tasty. The scrambled eggs were very sloppy, almost like powdered eggs, but I don’t think they were. a pleasant day in October with friends. Six golfers in total. Round of golf £30 on a Monday. Buggy hire £30. Nice and easy greens and a choice of 3 back 9's. Very friendly staff and golfers! We were blessed by the sun and blue skies. Recommended golf course. Some beautiful views of London in the background and surrounding areas. Recommended for a easy paced day of golf.

Superb reception from the management and staff for our corporate day on Thursday 29th September. Course was in great condition and played realy well, breakfast and evening meal great. Thanks Terry you and your staff were great, we will be back in September 23 for another round.

The setting is beautiful. Large grounds, big enough that the car park was mostly full but still only saw about 3 people! quiet, peaceful, plenty of parking. Breakfast was great. Only downside was that the rooms were a bit dated. Well quite a bit dated. They were clean and comfortable but could definitely do with some upgrading. Would also be handy to have a water fountain or vending machine in the lobby where the rooms are as we stayed there after a wedding and everyone was quite dehydrated a...
