Lamin is a rare find in this industry, I have worked with many personal trainers and come to realise that qualification alone means very little when hiring a good PT. Lamin is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and takes the client’s goals very seriously. His session are planned well and delivered with clarity and focus. He is not the kind of PT who counts reps without caring about the client’s form. Hiring Lamin was the best investment I have done. Highly recommend, simply superb.
