Having done 1 PT session so far, in 30 minutes it has really motivated me to know that I can do more than I think I am capable of. He gives good advice on technique, how to warm up properly- preventing injuries, and helps you to push yourself to your goals.

An amazing Personal Training service! Aaron is a great PT who knows how to push you to achieve your goals alongside being one of the most supportive trainers anyone could ask for! Really thought out and personal plans, regular catch up talks if using the online service, just all round brilliant! Just a month in, have already smashed some goals, feeling confident both in and out of the gym!

Starting PT sessions with Aaron was a great decision and investment in my future fitness. I have struggled for years to maintain a strength routine through classes, resistance machines, you tube videos etc and he has created a program that I enjoy and which is teaching me techniques that will be of great benefit for years to come. At our initial consultation he took time to understand my needs and provides motivational support throughout the week.
