Lakeside Coarse Fishery

They just want your money and are not bothered enough to stock the lakes. I and everyone else on the bottom lake did not have a nibble all day. They are not stocking it. Just a few carp on the surface. Not enough fish means no catching!!! Others have said the same. Go elsewhere

Honestly don’t go there we had no action on either rods ducks took my rods out low stock of fish some dead fish trees in water DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Save your money and time by not going here. Decided to leave early after no action on either of my 2 rods. Water is really low, Stock of fish (especially carp) is low, Toilets and other facilities was dirty and locked for some time. The website gives out false information such as the opening time and stock of fish in the lakes. This place needs alot of work done to it. For the mean time go to any other fishery.

Not great lake not see any fish all day , Then work start cutting trees etc on island in middle lake , right over my swim not even have decency to say doing work , just horrid day If could give no stars I would . You would thought close lake off for day but think they just want money 💰

Top lake was a bit slow but when the sun hit the surface they were coming off the top and as it turned evening they started biting on the bottom( edge of island) Margins are good too. Some big 20s in there (grass carp ) Spawned last week so should get better

Nice fishery & friendly people, some swims too close but can work round it.
