We always enjoy our time at the Lake District camps. Sam and the family are always very welcoming to their gym and Ben Poppleton is a fantastic teacher. I learn so much everytime I visit. It is definitely a repeat trip as many times as we can make them.

I have been to a few camps now and they never disappoint!! Excellent as always, highly recommended!!!

Great teaching from Ben and enjoyable rolls with everyone, had a good laugh with the lads who were sleeping on the mats as well. Will definitely be coming back
