Lajina Masala

I recently attended “cooking lessons” given by Lajina. Excellent. Very hands on, learned the essentials of making a good curry . . . and more. More as in more than just curries . . . Bargies, Samosa, breads, dips, rice . . . and more as in Lajina and her husband were highly entertaining. I thoroughly recommend it.

We had a lovely day at Lajina’s Curry Masterclass in Little Wenlock. The curry making was interactive & instructive & we made a delicious mixture of curries for our lunch. Lajina is a very good teacher & we were all given packets of curry spice to try her recipes at home. I learned a lot about curry making - Recommended !

I purchased an Indian cookery class for my fiancés birthday to be delivered at our home as he loves cooking. Part of the Lajina Masala package is that I also got to invite up to 8 guests to attend later in the day to celebrate and eat the food that would be produced during the cookery class. Lajina is such a fun person to be around, whether she is demonstrating, talking at an event or teaching you to cook amazing Indian food. She is so generous with her knowledge and takes care to include everyone, she is authentic and funny and her spices are amazing!

I can not recommend Lajina enough! First off her food is amazing this lady has a real talent for cooking amazing Indian food. Secondly if you want to learn how to do it too attend one of her workshops, she shared some great tips that changed the way I make curry! Also I only now make curry using her spices and I get great results every time :)
