Excellent training! I’m constantly being pushed to improve whilst learning new skills every week. Classes are very enjoyable and I always leave feeling better both physically and mentally!
I have been going to Kyodai for 7 years and believe me, I am not a person who finds sport or physical exercise easy! The 2 Senseis explain everything clearly and not only is it good exercise and you learn valuable self defence skills but it is also good for your mental health. The Senseis are very patient when I get it wrong and encourage me to be the best I can be.
