An engineer attended my business and spent more time trying to tell me that the extinguisher that another of their engineers had recommended last year wasn't compliant than actually doing any work. I found that I have been charged for things that were not supplied. The office are not interested in resolving this and instead have threatened to get credit control involved. Terrible service and a completely disgusting attitude by these cowboy rip off merchants. You have been warned!

Watch what they install !!!!! Thats the last time they installed or checked anything at my place. the last Engineer asked me why I have so many extinguishers that’s they shouldn’t be here but the last one installed from the same company and I Believed him and I just been ripped off. The office couldn’t care less ! I paid them but never again in my premises !!!

The chap who did the installation did an excellent job. Felt let down by their admin team. Invoice came in almost £100 more than agreed on the purchase order, and the explanation given was engineer put a double stand extra, which is not the case. On that basis, i would not recommend!
