Tried the class as it was an option with my Move GB membership. As someone who hasn't ever done any martial arts before I really enjoyed it and felt very welcome. Instructor and others in the class were very friendly and helpful.

Just had my first session here and I loved it. A very freindly atmosphere coupled with Mark's excellent tuition made for a very enjoyable evening. I'll definitely be going back and I'd recommend it to anyone. The first two sessions are free so just go and give it a go!

A really welcoming environment with great atmosphere. The instructor is really knowledgeable, clear with his instruction and very good at creating challenging, rewarding and fun sessions.
