They inspire you to become better. From being a couch potato I managed to conquer mount Snowdon while carrying my daughter within 4 months of training Couldn’t have done it without the help and support from all at KSW Tamworth!

This place is amazing!! I did martial arts as a boy and now I have a boy and girl of my own. We all attend and from the bottom of my heart I love this school. The Instructors are amazing and the family/group atmosphere just cant be beaten. Please dont take my word for it. Come see and you will know what I am talking about. Excellent facilities and Family friendly for any age. There is a great atmosphere and everyone is so supportive. I found i have been able to train at my own ability but encouraged to meet my goals. Great for fitness and recovery as sports injury clinic on site. Also personal training available.
