Our 7 year old daughter was slightly lacking in confidence and was quite shy. She joined KSK and within 1session it was a massive turnaround with her. WOW what a difference and now 5 or 6 sessions in she's straight in the ring sparring with kids twice her size. The staff are amazing with everyone it's s friendly and welcoming place. Come down and give it a go you won't be disappointed. 💯% recommend it.

Amazing place for both children and adults!! Michael and Kieran have a brilliant relationship with all the students, keeping them engaged and focussed whilst making it fun! Highly recommend!
