I started my Krav Maga journey 18 months ago, in Bridgwater, and did not know what to expect. What I found, was a group of amazing members, and an amazing instructor in Mark, plus also Liza in Wells. I then proceeded to frequent the Wells classes around 6 months later. I genuinely don't think you can find a better fitness club than Krav Maga. You will gain confidence and learn valuable yet simple self defence skills to protect yourself, and make friends with a brilliant bunch of people, all whilst improving your fitness level too. What more could you want! Krav Maga is such an inclusive club and Mark is a fantastic instructor, I'd really recommend giving the class a try.

As a 57 year old man, and 30 years since I last trained in any serious way, I approached Krav Maga with cautious enthusiasm. For most people, the perceived risk of violence is greater than the actual risk, but it cant hurt to be prepared, right? Mark is a real world instructor who tackles the difficult subject calmly, with inspiring confidence and humour; he WILL make you ache, but you WILL feel fitter, stronger and safer. I predict this will be the fastest hour of your week. I'll see you there!

Krav maga Wells is a great place to spend a Friday evening, it's high energy, good fun and a valuable life skill. Mark is a communicative and patient instructor, and the group will make you feel welcome no matter what your skill level is. I highly recommend.
