Krav Maga Cheshire

I had my first lesson tonight and it was brilliant. I have served in the prison service at Brixton and in the police at Moss side all some twenty to thirty years ago. It was like going back in time to some of the training we did. That said this really will work if you are attacked on the streets. Darren. Explains everything so it is easy to follow. I have wanted to try for years now I know what I have been missing. Try it.

Krav maga is unbelievable. Absolutely fantastic. Great group of people in each session who all help and encourage one another throughout the sessions. Darren is a fantastic instructor. He is quickly able to recognize everyone's abilities in order to help each individual to get better each time while performing the techniques taught. And help when performing as a whole group. Thoroughly enjoy Krav Maga. A good mix of people who always support one another during every session. Darren is a really engaging instructor who understands your limits but always encourages you to give 100! My fitness has vastly improved, and I can't recommend Krav Maga highly enough!
