Great instructor, great workout

I have known, Remi, the head instructor, for 10 years. His teaching methods are very usuable and his classes are friendly and fun. Not only have I learned essential self defence skills, I have also enjoyed trips abroad with the club, interesting seminars in London and made life long friends. Remi attracts a good bunch of like minded people from all walks of life. His kindness, patient teaching methods and humour make for an enjoyable and safe atmosphere in the classes.

Fantastic club - fun, welcoming and very effective for both self defense and fitness, with a highly skilled and experienced instructor- can't recommend enough!
