My little boy loves coming here to learn Muay Thai from Karl. He teaches in a relaxed manner and has a very good balance between teaching discipline and keeping it fun. I would 100% recommend Karl's classes.

Fantastic dojo offering the best Muay Thai and MMA/Grappling classes in Milton Keynes. Their children’s classes are excellent too, I’ve taken both of my young sons to train there and master Karl’s teachings has aided their development no end. I cannot recommend this martial arts school enough.

Excellent Kickboxing and Muay Thai martial arts training from Master Karl. Great kids classes for all ages from juniors to teens in addition to adults classes. We switched from Taekwondo after some years and find Master Karls training will be much more useful. Kids training is challenging but fun and taught with focus on developing proper self defence techniques, skills and confidence that will serve them well at school and outside.

Master Karl runs an excellent Martial Arts school for people of all ages. He focuses on discipline, control, technical capability combined with practical application and positive attitude towards fellow students and life in general.
