I've been to see Richard a couple of times with running related ailments and couldn't recommend him enough. He explains everything in a way that makes it easy to understand the underlying issues and causes of any pain or discomfort, and provided useful exercises both in the session and to take away to help me improve over time (rather than just having to go back every week). I now feel much more confident with my running and also on how best to manage and improve my overall strength and form.

I most definitely recommend Richard. Richard is an expert in this field with great knowledge and an understanding of how the body works. He has helped get pain free and I am feeling strong and supportive and even mentally in a better place. As with anything though you do need to keep moving.
