I started the classes at KO Fitness last November. I had been experiencing shoulder and neck pain and decided I needed to do some exercise and gain some strengh. I no longer suffer with the pain and I feel fitter and my posture has improved. Keith and Laura really motivate you to try your best and build your confidence. It's a great place to work out, classes are 45 mins and start and end on time.

I've tried other classes and going to the gym on my own but never stuck at it. As soon as I started at KO, I became addicted. The atmosphere is brilliant and there is such variety that there really is something for everyone. Both Keith and Laura really push you and keep you motivated throughout. Not only that but you really do feel like you're part of a team!

I've been going to the HIIT classes and PT sessions at KO for a while now, and they are by far the most engaging, challenging and rewarding classes I've ever been to. Very enjoyable, and motivating but most of all, I've seen a big improvement in my fitness. Keith and Laura are both very knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition, and always focus on good form and large range of motion which allows you to push your body and improve.

I’ve been going to KO for nine months now, a mixture of 1-on-2 personal training sessions and classes and it’s safe to say I feel in the best shape I’ve been for a long time. Both Keith and Laura push you to your limits so you really feel the benefits and just can’t resist going back for more. Couldn’t recommend enough for anyone who loves high energy fun training.

I first started at KO Fitness just doing PT, but the team quickly built up my confidence to the point I felt comfortable trying the group classes. Now I've become slightly addicted to it all and have got my wife to join too! Keith and Laura really know how to build the atmosphere during training and motivate you to really push yourself.
