My son and I joined Knowsley Harriers at the start of 2022 and we have been made so welcome. Everyone, whatever their ability is welcomed and catered for in the various groups. There’s always news of upcoming races from 5Ks to Ultras and everything in between. It’s such a friendly and encouraging environment and I’m so pleased we took the plunge and joined! If it’s motivation you need there’s something about running together that gets you out there more often.

After suffering with a knee injury, I decided to get back into running with Knowsley Harriers. They held a Couch to 5k course over 10 weeks and it was ideal - great pace of progression, very organised and I now feel completely recovered! Great friendly bunch too, enjoyed it so much I've joined the club full time too!

Joining knowsley harriers was the best decision I ever made, they are really supportive and their training is outstanding. They have to be one of the best athletic clubs around and cater for all abilities. KHAC have set up a C25K, ruin weekly parkruns, offer a variety of training sessions and run monthly races donating all money raised to worthy charities. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.
