Fabulous 121 training sessions. Having never been to a gym, Stephen gave me support and confidence using the gym equipment while making training fun. Would highly recommend

Highly recommended, Stephen went above and beyond to help me with my workout. I asked him what I wanted to achieve and he put a plan in place for me. The routine he set pushed me to my limits I was so satisfied with the experience. Definitely worth it, thank you again.

An amazing guy! I had no self confidence at all until Stephan shows me the gym and booked a pt session and he made me feel comfortable and he's very chatty! The work out are tailored to what I want out of the session and I know the next day that's it's been a great work out 🤣 would highly recommend him!

Stephen really is amazing! He is extremely approachable and puts you at ease straightaway. I have really enjoyed working with him, seeing results and being pushed to reach my goals. After seeing results in the first 3 weeks I can’t wait to see what else is to come.

Stephen has helped me gain so much confidence in the gym. I started training with him a month ago and I’ve lost 5% body fat, lost 2.6kg but already deadlifting and increasing my weights each time. Stephen challenges you to push harder and get the most out of your sessions. I could see a visible difference after 3 weeks- can’t wait to see what 3 months brings 🏋🏻♀️
