We were unable to convert the STL file created on Fusion 360 to CNC route our product. Kitsamus talked us through what software was needed, showed us how to use it, and he even helped us to manufacture the end product. He knew exactly the right level to pitch the information at, so that we could understand it. I can't recommend him highly enough. He is hugely knowledgeable, professional , yet personable.

After doing a few upgrades on my Ender 3 Max I needed custom firmware after asking the so called experts on YouTube that said they could do this for me (and delivered nothing) as I was experiencing problems I put a post on Facebook to which Kitsamus replied promptly and compiled the firmware for my 3d printer and sent to me via email The printer is working perfectly now and I can't thank Kitsamus Ltd enough for their help! 5*+👌

I was struggling to upload firmware files to my ender 3 pro, Kitsamus helpfully aided and uploaded it for me, also gave me handy files to get me started on my 3D printing journey. Great service , highly recommend.
