Torie led me through a 3 step Rewind to help me with past birth trauma. There were multiple layers to the trauma but she created a safe space and calmly and confidently helped me work through the memories and emotions involved. Torie is wonderfully talented, kind, caring and brilliant at her job. I would recommend her services to anyone wanting to feel more calm and connected to the emotions involved in birth and parenting.

This is a wonderful course, delivered by a brilliant teacher! We learned so much from Torie, who made us feel very comfortable. The sessions took place in a beautiful airy room, and a lovely selection of refreshments were provided. I started off with very little idea of what was to come, feeling totally unprepared, and I ended the course with a lot more knowledge and confidence and some new friends in the same position.
