Ok service but doesn't like answering his phone or text emails. Still better than the service from the cycle to work scheme.

Underpromised and Over delivered, took my daughters bike for a replacement chain. Was told it would be ready on Tuesday and it was ready on Monday👍 tyre pressure pumped and brakes tightened, looks like a general service has been done which I didn't expect and it came out £5 cheaper total. Great service will be back with my sons bike for sure. Shop Local People.

Got a new front wheel which had to be ordered in. As usual great service at a good price many thanks. I have been going here for years and it is a very well run family business. It's great having such a good outlet in the locality and I would encourage all cyclists to use it or lose it.

If I could put a minus 10 out of 10 I would.. charged me £30 to fix a rim replace the tyre and tube... not only only was the guy rude and obnoxious from the first instance but did not even bother to fix the rim as after 3 miles I had a blowout due to a corroded rim which I had to sand and repair myself then I took it back and same thing happened charged me another £30 abe again didn’t fix the rim yet another blowout.
